LATPF collects personal Data from Individual and Institutional Subscribers, such as name, surname, company name, email, CPF/CNPJ, date of birth, address, profession, job title, place of birth, and banking details. This Data is used for identification, authentication, authorization, and billing of the contracted Services. The information is collected when you or your account manager creates an account to access LATPF Services through our Platform.
Regarding Data collected from both Free Users and Subscribers, whether Individual or Institutional, this includes IP address, location, technical data of the device used to access the Platform, and identification of the content you interacted with, all to ensure that your experience on our Platform is tailored to your usage profile. This information is collected through cookies and other equivalent technologies.
The Data collected and stored by LATPF is used exclusively to provide the contracted LATPF Services, as set forth in Item V of Article 7 of the LGPD. This data may be cross-referenced and enriched to personalize the offering of LATPF Services, providing you with an enhanced user experience and content aligned with your needs.
Within the limits established by law and as a result of your acceptance of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, Data may be shared with LATPF business partners exclusively when necessary to enable the provision of our Services to you.
LATPF acknowledges that your Data belongs to you and remains under our care as long as you allow it. At any time, you may contact us via email at support@latpf.org to verify whether and how your information is being used, request access to it, modify it, or even request its deletion from our databases. It is important to note that modifying or deleting certain information may result in the suspension or termination of LATPF Services.
