📚 Back in January, the Latin American Tax Policy Forum (LATPF) submitted its Commentary to the Public Consultation Draft released by the Platform for Collaboration on Tax (PCT) titled “Tax Incentives Principles”. The PCT is a joint effort launched in April 2016 by the International Monetary Fund, the OECD – OCDE, the United Nations and The World Bank.
